Fitness & Tennis for Grades K–5

Keep your child active, focused, and having fun after school.

Fetch blends tennis, fitness, and movement games in a structured, supportive setting led by certified coaches. We focus on building confidence, coordination, and healthy habits.

Program Details

Grades: K–5

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Student Pick-Up Time: Directly at school dismissal

Locations:

• Fitness: 3743 Grand Ave

• Tennis: Armbrister Park Courts

Activities:

• Tennis (2x/week)

• Fitness & agility (3x/week)

• Students grouped by age

• Supervised pick-up and walk from school

Weekly Schedule

K–2nd Students

• Mon/Wed: Tennis (Armbrister, 3:00–4:30 PM)

• Tue/Thu: Fitness (Fetch Studio)

• Fri: Group Games

3rd–5th Students

• Mon/Wed: Fitness (Fetch Studio)

• Tue/Thu: Tennis (Armbrister, 3:00–4:30 PM)

• Fri: Group Games

Daily Flow

• 2:00–3:00 PM: Pick-up & warm-up

• 3:00–4:30 PM: Tennis or fitness

• 4:30–5:30 PM: Cool down or free play

• 5:00–6:00 PM: Homework + pick-up
